ITRI’s 1200V/450A SiC MOSFET power module is designed for electric vehicle inverters, offering high power density and efficiency to extend the driving range of electric vehicles.
With a patented housing design and the use of direct liquid cooling technology, the module features outstanding heat dissipation, low parasitic inductance, and high reliability.
Additionally, the power module has passed the AQG 324 automotive-grade reliability test, ensuring its suitability for automotive applications.
