Technical Description

Compound semiconductor crystal growth systems utilize induction heating for high-temperature processes. The high-frequency alternating magnetic field generated by the rectifier-inverter circuit heavily depends on the efficiency of the impedance matching module, directly impacting overall energy consumption.
The exhibited Medium Frequency Transformer is purpose-designed for this application, providing isolation and impedance matching. During the design phase, magnetic and thermal field simulations via CAE tools were employed for geometric optimization. At an operating frequency of 10kHz, the transformer achieves 99% conversion efficiency with a rated power of 150kW.
