Technical Description
The technology is based on the 2D image measurement technique, expands the application to measure luminance and chromaticity. The display industry is developing related μLED display products rapidly and focally, the inspection technologies are hard to provide the service. At present, there are methods or mechanisms to assist fast inspection rarely, which impacts the product quality and the inspection efficiency of the production line.
Therefore, the technology is focused on μLED display products and addressed the need. Calculates the pixel size, collected light angle and measured distance of 2D image. Ensure the image pixels cover effectively the entire miniature LED display. The technology also reduces measured time significantly. Depend on environmental conditions, achieve the goal of fast measurement.
Furthermore, the industry continues to develop smaller products size and increases display luminance significantly, this technology also innovated continuously. In the future, it will reduce gradually the measured pixel size and expand progressively the measured luminance range. The measurement technology will be provided to industries. Assist the industries to control the product quality and the product status effectively.
